Why am I voting for Donald Trump and why do I believe God's hand is upon Donald Trump? It is truly sad that our nation is in the spiritual condition that she is in and that it has left us with two candidates that our nation cannot agree upon and has created great division among many circles including the body of Christ. I believe Donald Trump is God's choice to be our 45th president because of what I'm about to explain below. If America was currently experiencing revival and a great awakening, if the spiritual condition of our nation was strong and if the church in America was a true voice for morality, righteousness and justice, then I guarantee you that we would have two different types of candidates running for the office of the presidency. We would at least for have one very strong mature, God loving and God fearing conservative, with a great testimony and a past free of controversy, a spirit filled believer that the church could rally around. But we don't have that because of the current condition, spiritually and morally that we are in as a nation. Even if Billy Graham were healthy and young enough to run for president, there is no way on earth that America would elect him today, or any of the highly respected Christian pastors that fill our nation today. A strong believer with a strong moral fortitude would be rejected by America, even by many Christians today, because the church in America is truly in a backslidden state. She doesn't want a strong moral prophetic voice because the church would have to confront her own sins. Therefore God in His wisdom and mercy raises up a Donald Trump, a King Cyrus type of leader that could rally the nation thru a patriotic spirit, to get America back on the right track and then eventually, God willing, in the future, perhaps even the next election, we could have more of a spiritual leader to consider electing. America would reject even the most godly charismatic leader right now because that leader would be a strong prophetic voice for holiness and America cannot handle that at the moment. Again in God's wisdom, God raises up a voice that Christians can rally around and Americans can be patriotic about. This is my take why I believe Donald Trump is the perfect candidate for right now and for this season in our nation's history. He is one that God can use to simply get America pointed back in the right direction. Yes, I agree with you, he is definitely not perfect. He has a shady past, he's said and done horrible things, but so have all of us. No one can say they are proud of their past! Yet, Trump is a strong leader and the type of leader our nation needs for right now. I challenge every Christian to really search their hearts and to ask the Lord about Donald Trump and the destiny of our nation. Those of you that are still on the fence about who you're voting for or those who are dead set against Trump because you can't fathom him being our president, I ask you this question, “Is it possible that God in His wisdom may have chosen Trump to be president? Is it possible that God can use a man, though not perfect, yet at the same time it be God's will? Has God throughout human history ever used weak, frail men and women to fulfill His purposes? Throughout human history and biblical history, has God ever used even the unbeliever and the morally weak and unclean for His purposes? “ If you do the research you will see that God throughout human history has used even the vilest of human beings for His purposes in the nations. I personally believe that Donald Trump is a Christian that needs to grow and mature spiritually. If therefore God can use the heathen why can't He use believers that are new to the faith yet have strong leadership qualities ?! God bless Donald Trump and God bless the United States of America!!
